As part of our continuous development strategy we have invested in staff training, information support through our partner support site and have now completed the integration of Perl Desk ticketing software to allow our partners to see the stages of our support procedure. We ensure that all calls are answered by a motivated team of staff who take ownership of issues from report to resolution.
