White label end user support and billing

As part of our commitment to partner service DSL Plus offer a range of totally white label customer service solutions. Where some of our technical partners may offer their own first line support service, some non technical organisations may want to benefit from the extra revenue associated with data service sales without needing to train a specialist support team. Likewise organisations may not have the facility to produce and collect a monthly invoice. DSL Plus have developed white label support and billing services to assist these partners.

White Label Customer Support

As part of our service to our partners we offer a white label first line support service. DSL Plus provide a fully branded support contact number and email service that is answered in the partners name and provides a premium level of support from our UK contact centre. Along with this we also provide a ticketing system for use by our partners' customers and access to a support site that carries our partners' brand. We understand that customer service is a key area in the market and is a key part of winning and retaining business. The support service that DSL Plus offer allows our partners to run their core business and market their services without having to invest time and resources in training and maintaining a premium support service.

White Label Billing

We understand that the invoicing and billing process can take valuable and time and resource that could be used managing customer relationships and marketing. Partners usual invoicing and billing platforms may not be best suited to billing for data and voice packages. As part of our commitment to partner service DSL Plus have developed a white label invoicing and billing platform. Our admin team work with you to develop an invoice based on your brand identity. These invoices are then billed using the DSL Plus white label Direct Debit service. A true end to end facility that allows partners to collect payment from their customers without the need for any specialist training or systems.
